Preparing Your Order

Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 3–5 working days of purchase. This allows time for your scarf to be prepared and made ready for its onward journey.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking code and the courier’s estimated delivery date. You can use these details to follow its progress through to delivery.

When to Expect Your Scarf

Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to arrive. It will often reach you sooner, and that is always our hope, but we recommend allowing the full delivery window when ordering for a particular occasion.

Delivery times may vary depending on your destination. All transit times and delivery dates are estimates supplied by our delivery partners.

Worldwide Delivery, Duties Included

Guillotine ships worldwide with recognised delivery partners, including DHL and UPS.

All orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning any applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered before delivery. There are no additional customs fees for you to pay when your order arrives.

Deliveries within the UK are also free of customs charges, so you can shop with confidence wherever you are.

Delivery Updates & Delays

Our delivery partners work to the estimated timings provided, although unforeseen carrier or customs delays can occasionally occur. These delays are outside Guillotine’s control and may affect your order’s arrival date.
